Bianca, the lovely host, was incredibly helpful, guiding us through our stay with useful info. The event facilities are adequate, offering a quiet space for meetings without the usual distraction. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi too. As a tea plantation owner, I often work remotely, and the air conditioning provided a comfortable environment for that. While I skipped breakfast, I hear it caters well for those who indulge. The off-site parking was small but managed efficiently by the staff. Silva stands out as a professional yet cozy place for work and relaxation.
